Two people have been arrested and face multiple criminal charges following a theft investigation at the Lincoln City Outlet Mall.

Concerned Citizen Report Leads To Arrest

On Friday July 31, 2026, around 1:00 AM, a concerned citizen witnessed subjects actively cutting Electric Vehicle chargers at the Lincoln City Outlet Mall and immediately notified Lincoln City Police (LCPD). Officers surrounded the Outlet Mall and intercepted the suspects as they were leaving in a blue Honda Ridgeline. Both suspects were taken into custody without further incident.
