Two schools in Surbiton are installing solar panels on their roofs.

Summary by radiojackie.com
It’s hoped they’ll save Surbiton Hill Nursery School and Maple Infants School up to £17,000 a year on energy bills. We’re told that together, they will generate enough electricity to power around 22 homes and reduce about 13 tonnes of CO₂ each year. Kingston Council bosses say the move will help the environment and teach pupils about using greener energy.
