Two Lampasas residents have been arrested on charges of lottery fraud, and Lampasas police officials said they anticipate more arrests will follow. On March 14, 42-year-old Nicole Johns was arrested on charges of claiming a lottery prize by fraud, between $200 and $10,000 – a third-degree felony; engaging in organized criminal activity; and possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1/1-b under one gram.
