Criminal organizations have opened price lists for murder and shootings on digital networks. Taking advantage of the reduced sentences in the law, these networks are trying to recruit children under the age of 18 as hitmen with advertisements for "brutal youth," while the sale of heavy weapons via courier has also appeared on the lists.
A digital execution and illicit trafficking network of next-generation criminal organizations, organized through Telegram and Signal, has been exposed.
