Tucson & UA: “Change Agents? We Don’t Need No Stinkin’ Change Agents!”

If there’s one central theme that runs through both…the elephantine University of Arizona’s present money & management predicament, and its encampment-like, 1 million + hometown urban dystopia…it has to be leadership.  Both enterprises, urban & academic, absolutely hate the idea of change, or the [blindingly obvious] necessity of a ‘change agent.’  It’s akin to that...
