Summary by www.larazon.es
Controversy skipped in Colombia. The Republic of Colombia's Congress has opened an investigation against former president of the country Juan Manuel Santos (2010-2018) for the alleged "intrusion" and "archaeological plunder" of the Spanish galleon San José, sunken in 1708 off Cartagena de Indias and found in 2015, and whose wreck is disputed with Spain, although it could be explored jointly.
