Travel warnings as Storm Ingrid hits northern Spain and parts of Andalucía
- On Friday, the Andalusian regional government activated the pre-emergency phase as emergency service 112 urged `Use extreme caution and stay informed of the state of traffic,` advising drivers to check the DGT website.
