The Norwalk Police Department announced the arrest of a person called Margaret Anderson on Monday. In its release, the Norwalk Police Department added that Anderson also is known as Maxwell Anderson. We called the Norwalk Police Department to confirm if Anderson is transgender and we were told that is correct.
