THE reaction of the CEO of Jadrolinija, David Sopta, to the report on the investigation into the Lastovo ferry accident, which killed three seafarers, conducted by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure, has arrived.
The accident on the ferry Lastovo last August in Mali Lošinj, in which three crew members died and one was injured, is responsible for the captain of the vessel, as well as the shipping company Jadrolinija and its CEO David Sopta, according to a report published today by the Croatian Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure.
According to the surveys, it was determined that the company Jadrolinija has not established, does not maintain, and does not implement a documented safety management system.
