The accident on the ferry Lastovo last August in Mali Lošinj, in which three crew members died and one was injured, is responsible for the captain of the vessel, as well as the shipping company Jadrolinija and its CEO David Sopta, according to a report published today by the Croatian Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure.
