TORREÓN, COAH.- Around 20,000 citizens gathered this Wednesday to witness the civic-military parade on the occasion of the 216th anniversary of the beginning of Mexico's Independence, an event led by Mayor Miguel Angel Riquelme Solis, who was accompanied by Brigadier General Cristóbal Lozano Mosqueda, Chief of Staff of the 11th Military Region.
