TORREÓN, COAH.- A couple was arrested by elements of the Municipal Public Security Directorate of Torreón after being caught when allegedly moving stolen items from the Cotton Museum, located in the downtown sector.The arrest took place on Friday night at the junction of Third Avenue and Old Torreón Street, where municipal agents detected a man and a woman carrying a minisplit-type air conditioning equipment hidden inside a black trash drum.
