- Nearly 65.6 lakh voters were removed in the recently released draft voter list, with Gopalganj district experiencing the highest exclusion rate in the state at 15.1%.
- The Election Commission reported no claims or objections from political parties on the draft list and said 22.3 lakh deceased and 36.3 lakh relocations caused voter removals.
- Following Yadav's allegations, the Election Commission asked him to present the original EPIC card for investigation and stated possessing two EPIC cards is not allowed.
