A Tomah man pleads guilty to a homicide charge in a 2024 fatal crash that killed one person and injured another. In Monroe County Court on Tuesday, Kristoffer Cattle pleaded guilty to Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle and Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle. On November 7, 2024, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said Cattle was driving down County Highway A when he crossed over the centerline and hit an oncoming vehicle.
