Sen. Mike Lee is publicly siding with President Donald Trump’s Justice Department as it investigates his state’s elections chief, a fellow Republican.
UTAH- The U.S. Department of Justice surprised the U.S. Deputy Governor of Utah with a federal investigation this week, after she received a letter from the Civil Rights Division. UTAJ warned Lt.Governor Deidre Henderson with a possible criminal prosecution in July, after she refused her requests to hand over Utah's voter records to the federal government.
