The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating a possible hit-and-run involving a 3-year-old child. The incident happened along Zion Hill Road in Sevier County, Tennessee. THP says the local sheriff’s department received the call Thursday afternoon of a 3-year-old child who had been possibly struck by a vehicle.
