On Tuesday night, a unicel icebox was located with a human head inside it, in the José María Pino Suárez colony, Centro. The finding was made on a street adjacent to the San Antonio de Padua church. On the side of the icebox there was a sign with a threatening message addressed to several civilians. The State Police took notice and notified the State Prosecutor’s Office to carry out the corresponding investigations.
