Following his capture in Jalisco, "R1" is now in the nation's capital. After the arrest, Grecia Quiróz, mayor of Uruapan and widow of Carlos Manzo, stated that this is only the first step and demanded that the investigations be pursued to their fullest extent to solve her husband's murder.
