TORREÓN, COAH.- The attorney general of Coahuila, Federico Fernández Montañez, confirmed the capture in Madrid, Spain, of the former notary Fernando “N”, designated as responsible for the scheme of real estate theft and fraud in Torreón and the Comarca Lagunera. The case adds more than 60 research kits and involves an economic impact that is around 50 million pesos against at least 27 people.
