The High Court of Justice of the Basque Country (TSJPV) has dismissed the complaint filed against the Basque Government's Security Councillor, Bingen Zupiria, for the incidents recorded at Loiu airport on 23 May 2026 on the occasion of the arrival of the members of the Global Sumud Flotilla, considering that he has not committed any of the crimes attributed to him in the complaint.
