In Bandirma district of Balikesir, 56-year-old taxi driver Ü.A. drove over a dog lying on the road without stopping and continued as if nothing happened. The dog that was run over by the tire was taken to the vet and died. A fine of 7,216 administrative liras was imposed on Ü.A., and a legal process was initiated.
