THE GOVERNMENT will make a decision on the urgent disposal of around 650 tons of waste from the location of the former PPK Velebit in Gospić at today's session, Prime Minister Andrej Plenković announced at the beginning of the Government session.
The Government will today adopt a decision determining the urgent takeover, removal, transport, recovery and other appropriate management procedures for non-hazardous waste located at the PPK Velebit location.
Prime Minister Andrej Plenković announced that the waste from Gospić will be taken over and disposed of by the cement plants Holcim and Nexe, within 45 days. The government session is underway, and Plenković stated on the occasion:
'We are engaged in all aspects of the rehabilitation'
