The cyber attack at Cadastru that took place in mid-July recorded the lowest number of residential transactions in the last decade, shows the data analyzed by SVN Romania. Even though the volume of transactions returned in September, the third quarter ended with a decrease of more than a third of the number of houses and apartments traded in the Bucharest region, respectively, by 17% at the national level.
