A new regulation is on the agenda for interest-free marriage loans under the Family and Youth Fund. According to the 2027 Presidential Annual Program, the loan limits will be set at 250,000 TL and 200,000 TL depending on age range, with the aim of prioritizing young people from low and middle-income backgrounds.
The Ministry of Family and Social Services is preparing to expand the scope of interest-free loan support for young people getting married in 2027. The current program provides loan support ranging from 200,000 to 250,000 Turkish Lira depending on age criteria; however, plans are underway to make adjustments that will allow young people in low and middle-income groups to benefit more from this program. 🚆
The Ministry of Family and Social Services plans to expand the "Support for Young Couples Getting Married" project to include low- and middle-income youth in 2027. As of August 2026, 102,327 newly married couples have received interest-free loans under the project.
