Polish President Karol Nawrocki and Prime Minister Donald Tusk have clashed because the former suddenly wants to amend the constitution. Nawrocki, of the former ruling party PiS, unexpectedly established a commission tasked with amending the constitution, against Tusk's wishes.

We don't need a reset, we don't need a new constitution, said constitutional lawyer Professor Ryszard Piotrowski in a comprehensive interview. The lawyer was previously invited by the president to join the Council for the New Constitution.
