The Dodge Charger vehicle, believed to have impacted fatally a pedestrian in southwestern Philadelphia, was found in Upper Darby, Delaware County. The incident was recorded at 7200 block Elmwood Avenue at about 3:30 a.m. on July 27, 2026. The victim was identified as 29-year-old Tallyia Bernice Nesmith. Police say the lady had just come off a shared travel vehicle when she set out to cross the street and was run over.
