The next phase of refurbishment works will start at Richmond Council's offices next week.
Residents are being reassured that the site in York Street in Twickenham will remain open and all services available. Work will start on the ground floor and atrium from Monday, the 13th and will continue until later this year. The works are part of wider improvements to the Civic Centre which commenced in September last year.
