Pierin Vincenz and other accused persons will have to defend themselves against the accusation of serious property crimes in the Zurich Supreme Court from 10 August.
The appeal trial of Pierin Vincenz, former boss of Raiffeisen Bank, and his co-defendants will begin on Monday before the Supreme Court of the Canton of Zurich. The former banker was sentenced to three years and nine months in prison at first instance more than four years ago.
