The man found in the Youghiogheny River by fishermen has been identified

William Guidi, 42, of Somerset, is believed to have died from an accidental drowning. However, officials say the findings are still pending a final toxicology report.

Man Whose Body Was Found Along Youghiogheny River Identified

Fayette County officials are sharing the name of a man whose body was found along the Youghiogheny River.  The body of 42-year-old Somerset resident William Guidi was discovered by fishermen earlier this month.  Guidi’s cause of death has not been confirmed.
