The inscription with the remains of Grigore Alexandru Ghyka, the last lord of Moldova, is due Sunday in the House of Union of the Cotroceni House, following a decision by President Nicusōr Dan. The remains of the Lord's land were destroyed by wines from the cemetery of the French locality Le-Mée-sur-Seine and were brought to the country, following being buried in Iaşi.
The last lord of Moldova was hosted at Cotroceni at a special ceremony, attended by Mr. Nicushor Dan. His associates, Mr. Alexander Ghyka, were deported after almost 170 years in France, and will be buried next week at Iaş, near Alexander Ioan Cuza. The Lord Ghyka was the promoter of the Union and founder of the Roman Jandarmerie.
