The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stopped issuing passports to Ukrainian citizens living outside the country. The Berlin Senate has informed that Ukrainians with invalid documents will be able to stay in Germany. Head of the MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, however, suggested that Poland could assist the authorities in Kiev in the forced mobilization of Ukrainians.
