The government approved, on Thursday, a memorandum on the continuation of FLEX and FLEX Abroad educational exchange programmes for the school year 2027-2028. Through these programmes, up to 70 Romanian students will be able to benefit from scholarships to study for a year in the United States, while up to 20 American students will be able to come to study in Romania.

The executive approved the continuation of the FLEX and FLEX Abroad educational exchange programmes for the school year 2027-2028, through which up to 70 scholarships will be awarded to Romanian students who will study for a year in the United States.
