The Quebec Summer Festival (FEQ), which is coming to an end, is being prosecuted by SOCAN for copyright infringement and non-payment of royalties for approximately three years, the National Post said.

The FEQ was the subject of a complaint by SOCAN on July 3rd for non-payment of royalties and licence fees to artists.
