The holder of the National Criminal and Correctional Court N°50, Carlos Bruniard, dismissed the defensive arguments of the businessman Marcelo Porcel and ordered the elevation of the case in which he is investigated for multiple sexual assaults against ten minors under the age of 13.
Judge Carlos Bruniard rejected the defense's arguments and endorsed the evidence gathered during the investigation. The defendant will continue to be released under control measures.
