The average Dutch person is getting smaller and smaller. Women born in 2001 are on average 1.4 centimeters shorter than the generation from 1980, the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) reported Friday on the basis of figures from its own health surveys and those of the GGDs and the RIVM.
