The High Court in Prague has canceled Tuesday's detention hearing in the case of a man accused of spying for the Chinese intelligence service. Court spokeswoman Kateřina Dostálová said that it is not ruled out that the court will rule privately on Tuesday on a complaint by a state prosecutor who disagrees with the Prague Municipal Court's decision to return the case to the police for further investigation and release the man from custody.
