The bishop of Malaga, José Antonio Satué, has defended this Friday that the Diocese has no subsidiary civil responsibility in the case of the priest convicted for sedating and sexually assaulting four women. "With regard to the Diocese, we defend that we have no subsidiary civil responsibility and, as we believe, we have defended it in the courts," he said during a press conference in which he took stock of his first year as bishop of Malaga.
