The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus recommended that citizens refrain from making non-binding visits to France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Albania, where protests take place and, in the event of a deterioration of the situation, leave their territory, as mentioned in the agency ' s statement.
"It has been reported that a number of European States, including some member States of the European Union, have experienced a sharp deterioration in the domestic political environment, accompanied by massive actions, including radicals, reports of disproportionate use of force by law enforcement agencies and arbitrary detentions", has been noted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
