On Tuesday 2 June, the administrative court of Besançon cancelled the election of Jean-Jacques Polien, mayor of the commune of Pusey (Haute-Saône), following a protest by his opponent Loïc Raclot. The issue was: the distribution of a voucher of 10 euros to a part of the inhabitants at the end of 2025, which would have altered the sincerity of the election according to justice.
The administrative court unsurprisingly declared the annulment of the municipal election of 15 March 2026 in Saint-Yrieix. The former mayor, Jean-Jacques Fournié, had appealed after being beaten
