The fishing season, which started on September 1st in Izmir, continues, and the nets are full of sardines, anchovies, and bonito. This abundance has also been reflected in the prices. Anchovies and sardines are sold for an average of 100 TL per kilogram at the market and 150 TL at stalls, while bonito fetches 60 TL at the market and 100-150 TL at stalls.
