A Bull Terrier named Trooper has a new family after being abandoned during hurricane Milton. Florida Highway Patrol Troopers found the pup tied to a fence standing in water up to his chest. Troopers took him to a shelter where he would soon find his forever home. Troopers previous owner has been charged with aggravated animal cruelty. He told investigators that he was going to Georgia and could not find anyone to watch his dog.
