Telangana will be best destination for global investments: CM Revanth Reddy
On Wednesday, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy affirmed the state as a top destination for global investments during the Samakhya Chamber summit in Hyderabad.
Reddy unveiled the 'Telangana Rising' vision for 2047, dividing the state into CURE for technology, PURE for manufacturing, and RARE for agricultural development.
The state targets a $1 trillion economy by 2034 and $3 trillion by 2047, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Viksit Bharat' goal while aiming to increase GDP contribution to 10 per cent from 5 per cent.
Reddy stated, "We have provided bank linkage loans worth Rs 61,000 crore to women," empowering them as owners of transportation, petrol bunks, and solar plants.
The Chief Minister stressed that local entrepreneurs should become partners in industrial policy rather than service providers, emphasizing the government's focus on development over politics.
