Unlicensed driver convicted following Council prosecution
Carmarthenshire County Council has successfully prosecuted an individual for operating as an unlicensed taxi driver on school transport routes. At Llanelli Magistrates' Court on Friday 17 April 2026, Mr David Rhydian Thomas, of Windy Corner Coaches, was convicted of conveying children on a school run on five occasions between 1 October and 8 October 2025.
