The City of Tarrant will begin enforcing a 2009 ordinance instituting a youth curfew “due to several crimes being observed and reported involving juveniles,” police said.Under the 2009 ordinance, minors must be home by 10 p.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Several exceptions to the curfew include youth working during curfew hours, minors who are accompanied by a parent or guardian or if there is a legitimate emergency.
