KABUL - The leader of Afghanistan's ruling Taliban movement, Hajbatullah Akhundzada, has affirmed the government's determination to implement strict Islamic Sharia law in the country, including the punishment of public stoning of women for adultery. The Daily Telegraph reported that Akhundzada addressed Western critics and denounced Western values in his speech.
