The Windom Area School Board heard an update Monday night on the proposed sale of the Winfair building and the district’s long-term facility maintenance plans. Superintendent Jamie Frank said Southwest West Central Service Cooperative, has verbally agreed to purchase the Winfair building and approximately seven acres for $350,000.
