The newspaper Rue 89 Lyon was released on appeal on Tuesday in a lawsuit brought by Jean-Michel Aulas and his son on their investments in a private jet airport in Florida.
The former president of OL and unfortunate ex-candidate at Lyon City Hall had started lawsuits against the independent media after an article about his investments in Florida.
The Lyon Court of Appeal confirmed, on Tuesday 1 September, the release of the editor of Rue89Lyon and two of his journalists, prosecuted by Jean-Michel and Alexandre Aulas after an investigation published in 2023.
