Source: FOX 59 CARMEL, Ind. — A police shooting closed all lanes of U.S. 31 in Carmel Thursday afternoon. Indiana State Police confirmed that there was an officer-involved shooting on U.S 31 north of 116th Street. According to the Carmel Police Department, no officers were hurt and a suspect is in custody. Traffic moving southbound on U.S. 31 is being diverted at Main Street.
