The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) reactivated the arrest warrant against the former Governor of Tamaulipas Francisco Javier García Cabeza de Vaca on the charges of organized crime and money laundering, by repealing an amparo granted in 2023 by a judge who, in the opinion of all ministers, overstepped the evaluation of the evidence.
