SUNSOURCE ACQUIRES VYTL CONTROLS GROUP TO EXPAND ITS FLOW CONTROL SOLUTIONS CAPABILITIES AND DISTRIBUTION NETWORK

SunSource Holdings, Inc. announced on Feb. 3, 2026, that it completed a 'Joining of Forces' with Vytl Controls Group following the Jan. 30, 2026 closing.
David Sacher, President and CEO of SunSource, said the acquisition expands technical solutions and builds expertise to solve complex industrial problems while delivering growth to shareholders.
Vytl Controls operates 32 branches across 11 states, runs four divisions—Setpoint Integrated Solutions, Valsource, W&O and A-T Controls—and brings 1,100 plus dedicated associates, the companies said.
SunSource said the acquisition expands its flow-control solutions and distribution network, integrating Vytl Controls Group's services into SunSource's offerings for Marine, Chemical, Downstream Energy, and Refining industries.
UBS acted as financial advisor and Debevoise & Plimpton as legal advisor to SunSource, while Solomon Partners and Fried Frank advised Vytl, and terms were not disclosed by the companies.
