Intersport ISI, which operates the Intersport sports equipment chain in Slovenia and the region, is officially owned by Intersport Austria. After obtaining all permits from the competent authorities, the latter has completed the takeover of the aforementioned company, headquartered in Naklo, which was previously owned by the Polish fund Enterprise Investors.
